The initial attempts to shoot the missile encountered challenges due to wet ground conditions, causing the missile to veer off course. However, after multiple attempts, the team successfully navigated the missile through the correct path, pulling the new poly water line through from the driveway hole to the foundation of the home. The second missile shot from the meter hole to the driveway was successful on the first attempt.

Once the new poly water line was in place, the team connected the line to the water meter and made the necessary internal connections to the house.

Step 3: Installation of PRV and Shut-Off Valves

With the new water line installed, Valley Plumbing proceeded to install a new Pressure-Reducing Valve (PRV), a new ball valve outside, and a new stop-and-waste valve to modernize the system. The PRV is an essential component that regulates the water pressure entering the home, preventing damage to plumbing fixtures. Step 4: Testing and Backfilling
